Mebeam is an internet video conference site, that allows people use browser to have a video meeting with other one up to eight people. You do not need any software or download something, just turn on your webcam. It is easy and quick to use it meet someone who doing same thing online. The service is free. I did not try it, I am not sure if it running stable or not.
