Hostizzle is a new VPN service that offers commercial and free VPN service, it uses OpenVPN client, so you have to download client before you use it. Free plan has 100GB per month, I think that is enough for most users. Free accounts can keep 30 days, after that, you have to download configuration file again if you want continue to use it.
Actually, it is not require register an account, but you need offer your email address that is for receiver a configuration file download link, you needed this file to run OpenVPN client. After you download file, copy and past it to OpenVPN client "config" folder. No user ID and password, just open client and click "Connect" button.
I did test this service, it was very good, fast speed, no any problem to watch Hulu video.
