Webcams is a virtual travel site by internet webcam, it uses Google Maps mark webcam in different places around the world. You can type a name of place to search local webcam, or just click tag to look at. Click one, it will show you screenshot and a link that comes from original source. You can check local information by click "Webcam info" button, or check local pictures and videos. If your computer has Google Earth, you can choose webcam on Google Earth. If you know any webcam you can submit it as well. I think this is a good way to do virtual travel.
