Text2Speech is a web based converter that converts text to voice that means it can read your text. This is a simple tool, just enter your text, select one of the voices, after click "Convert Text To Speech" button, you can keep MP3 file in your computer. After I tested, the audio quality seems very bad, with very strong machine accent, compare to other similar text reading tools, it is not useful.
