I got an email that came from Molly who works for Digiarty Software, he told me his company pushes out a new freeware that called WinX DVD Ripper, it can rip media files from DVD disk, and convert file to different formats, like FLV, MOV, MPEG, MP4. This version is totally free, only with basic function, it also has another version - WinX DVD Ripper Platinum that costs $35.95 dollars.
Take a look these screenshots below. When you start application it will open a register window. It is free, but that depends on you.
