I read an article about IDN spoofing with Mozilla Firefox (Chinese).It talk about hacker can use IDN spoof some web browsers including we call safe browser Firefox,but no IE.
secunia.com offers a test link,if you use Firefox browser,click Here,it will show you another website but URL address table still show you: Http://www.paypal.com.
