BlogRush, Create Your Blog Traffic

I know my blog's traffic always low even I try several ways to increase it. I know some reason why I can not attract more readers here, and I do not know why some methods people say they works but not for me. I read a blog that introduces BlogRush, which helps blogs create traffic on their blog sites. BlogRush called a "Cooperative Syndication Network", that runs a small "widget" on your blog page, each time this widget is loaded it will contain 5 clickable headlines which are the blog post titles to other users' posts.
