Tucia is an image edit platform, that allows people upload their pictures to server, and reedited by a professional editor, after finished you can download it or post on website. This is a Chinese site, only Chinese version is available. The good point is Tucia uses human to judge where editable on your picture. It is not only depend on machine to do average editing. If you have editing skill you can apply to editor with Tucia as well. The service is free, but I do not know if editors earn money from it.
