Tweet-o-Meter - a website that display every minute how many tweets from different areas, like New York, London, Paris, Munich.
Post.ly - a powered by Posterous that allows you post everything on Twitter.
Tweet This Text - offers a bookmarklet that allows you tweet text from any website. Just drag a bookmarklet to bookmark tool bar, if you found some text on web page you can use mouse to highlight text and click bookmarklet button to quote text.
