Penolo is a web based application that allows you to draw and post it to Twitter. You do not have to register an account, just direct draw what you wanted, then type some words to describe your drawing as tweet, click "Save & Tweet" button. You can use your Twitter ID and password to sign in your account and publish your drawing. Try it, and make fun!
