Over Stream is a web service that helps you to create a video with your own subtitles or comments in different languages. It lets you add an online video link, after load video you can click "create" button, add video URL, your can add text, like subtitles, comments in different times.
It looks pretty good, especially for Youtube video, but I do not know if it can save video to computer, I only see all video save on Over Stream.
