Pho.to is web based image editor that helps you to edit your photo without install any software. Unlike other web based image tools, Pho.to has several functions, but individual to use. Today, I would like to tell you about one function that can change your regular photo to a cartoon similar photo.
Actually, it is pretty easy, with Cartoon.pho.to you do not need any skill, just import a photo, from your computer or a web link. After upload photo to server, it will display what it looks like, already change to a cartoon photo.
