Chattp is a web based application that allows users to text chat with other when they browse same a website. It is a simple web tool, just type a web address into the bar, click "Chattify" button. It will give a shorten url. After clicked, it opens new window with that website, left side is a chat box, if anyone uses same shorten url, they can text to each other.
